The automatic Zoom integration will create a new Meeting ID for each meeting. If you intend to set up a large number of meetings in advance you may want to spread that out over multiple days. Please note that Zoom allows you to create a maximum of 100 meetings per day. It will be made visible to users after they sign up for the class. In the case of a “Capacity-type” group schedule the meeting link will be stored in the location field of the class when you create it. This process can take up to a minute to complete.Īs soon as the Zoom meeting details are available the meeting link will become visible in the SuperSaaS interface for both superusers and the user who booked. Whenever a reservation is made in a connected schedule the system will automatically create a meeting in Zoom.
